10-11-2015 Heard Sri Abhimanyu Sharma, learned counsel, who was assisted by Ms. Prakritita Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 22-08-2015 in Mehandia P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a teacher in a middle school and earlier also, on false accusation, the case was instituted and at least, in one case, final report has been submitted. He submits that this is also a false case.

Be that as it may, in view of nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Rakesh Kumar Pandey be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/concerned court in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015.
