Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of informant.

The petitioner, who was at the relevant time Karamchari, apprehending his arrest in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 120(B), 420 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that incorrectly it has been shown that the petitioner has prepared a false report, whereas, on record, there is no report purported to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5711 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 prepared by the petitioner.

Keeping in view the specific accusation in the F.I.R., I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
