A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 in para-10 wherein it is stated that the service of the petitioner has been approved vide letter no. 984 dated 31.05.2024 as per provision laid down in Chapter-5 of the Bihar Non-Government Secondary School (Management and Taking Over) Act, 1981 (as amended from time to time) as an untrained teacher from the date of joining i.e. 12.05.2003 and as a Trained teacher from the date of acquiring training qualification i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.580 of 2021(7) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 31.08.2007.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct respondents no. 3 and 4 to comply the order of The Director, Secondary Education, and grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
