The petitioner has approached this Court, invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to direct the Respondents to enquire and correct the defective energy consumption Meter.

It has been argued that despite the petitioner filed representation before the Assistant Electrical Engineer, Kankarbagh Division, Patna, no decision has been taken on his

Patna High Court CWJC No.9667 of 2014 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 representation.

Instead of delving into the matter, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent no.2/ Executive Engineer (Electrical), Kankarbagh Division, Patna. If such representation is filed within six weeks from today, Respondent no.2 is directed to examine the same and take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
