The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.125 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 36 liters of Lailla country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody in this case since 17.04.2019. Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly 1 1⁄2

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
