2. This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party Nos. 2 to 6 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- 13th, Bhojpur at Ara vide order dated 28.03.2023 passed in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 2726 of 2022.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner
