22-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Sanjeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, in view of observation made by learned Addl. Sessions Judge on 17-12-2015 in A.B.P. No. 1468 of 2015, while rejecting the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order as well as considering the
