No. 110 of 2015, whereby the criminal revision application filed by the petitioner against the order of cognizance dated 9th December, 2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga has been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5810 of 2016 (2) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
