It is too late in the day now to go into the issue of correct questions and answers for the Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test, which was held in the year 2013 and the results declared.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9676 of 2014 (2) dt.24-10-2016 Such issues are not required to be entertained at such belated stage when the entire exercise is past long over and the benefit thereof has already been availed of by such persons.

State has already replied the assertion of the petitioner in the counter affidavit.

Writ is dismissed in view of above.
