The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018, Tr. No. 1857 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2019. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and his named surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused Ankesh Kumar @ Michel. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.35421 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Nagar (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018, Tr. No. 1857 of 2019.
