2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020 registered on 12.07.2020 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 17 named accused persons, against whom the allegation of abusing the informant and assaulting him by knife on the body of the injured person is there.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner save and except he is

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2022 having clean antecedent.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
