Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed, however, he submits that in case any grievance is still subsisting, liberty should be granted so that the petitioner may approach the respondent authorities by way of filing representation.
The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent authorities with regard to any subsisting grievance. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the University is expected
