The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.56 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,379,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and the fact that both the parties are neighbor, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
