The grievance of the petitioner in the present application is rejection of grant of permission for conducting M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses in the institution. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the institution in question has rectified the deficiency and is now

The claim of the petitioner is subject to inspection and verification of A.I.C.T. and, since the A.I.C.T. on inspection has found certain issues and deficiencies and, on that ground, rejected the application for grant of permission, no indulgence is permissible so far as the current academic session is concerned. After the decision of the A.I.C.T. in appeal the petitioner has preferred the present application hence there is no scope for indulgence.

The Court is of the considered view that the petitioner claim as to full compliant of A.I.C.T. norms, requires inspection and verification by the A.I.C.T., for that the petitioner institution is required to pay the requisite fee and submit application in the prescribed format within 15 days from today and thereafter, the A.I.C.T. shall carry inspection to ascertain the infrastructure and other facilities available in the institution in question for the purpose of grant of permission for next academic session within a period of one month from the date of deposit of requisite fee and the application, thereafter, shall take appropriate decision, with regard to the claim of the petitioner for grant of permission to conduct M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses for the next academic session, within a period of two months from the date of conduct of inspection.
