For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anil Prasad Singh For the Opposite Party/s Mr. Nityanand(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 10.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
The learned trial court has reported that out of eight prosecution witnesses, four prosecution witnesses have already been examined and there is every likelihood of conclusion of trial of the petitioner within two months.
Taking note of report of the learned trial court as well as this aspect of the matter that trial of the petitioner is going in full swing, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 169/2015 arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case no. 295/2014 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Araria stands rejected.
