JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 For assailing the order passed by the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Alauli, dated 02.04.2022, the petitioner had adequate remedy before the District Magistrate under the 2019 guidelines, for selection of Anganwari Sevika/ Sahayika which she has not availed. By the impugned order the CDPO has held that educational certificate of the petitioner, and that of respondent No. 6 is not recognized for appointment as the Bihar Panchayat Teacher or for selection as Anganwari Sevika/ Sahayika.

If the petitioner assails the order, it is needless to say that

Patna High Court CWJC No.223 of 2021(5) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 the same is required to be considered in accordance with law after notice to the concerned parties.

With liberty, writ petition is disposed of.
