2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the allegations made in the FIR are totally false, in fact the so-called victim had love affair with this petitioner and voluntarily solemnized marriage with this petitioner and presently she is residing at her sasuraal in the house of this petitioner and in this regard, victim's statement recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. has also been filed as Annexure-3. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's young age as well as completion of the investigation against him, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023.
