JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 143, 341, 323, 353, 427, 333, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant, being Circle Officer of Sandesh block, was assaulted and manhandled by the petitioners for not entering their names in the Crop Compensation Scheme Register.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has maliciously been levelled and the names of petitioners were already entered in the Crop Compensation Scheme Register.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender
