The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.85 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 269, 270, 271, 353, 323, 307, 504, 506, 290 and 291 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 51(B) of Disaster Management Act, 2005. The allegation against the petitioners alongwith other accused persons is that they refused to comply with any direction given by or on behalf of the Central Government or the State Government or the National Executive Committee or the State Executive Committee pertaining to break the unwanted wild growth of chain of frightening surge of COVID-19 pandemic and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners. It is further stated that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail application.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Taking into consideration the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.85 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
