JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Perused the office notes which manifests that the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 6.2.2009 as against the private respondent nos.4 to 7 who were the applicants before the Collector, Buxar in Case No.121 of 1996 filed for questioning the parcha issued in favour of the petitioner by the Circle Officer and the order is drawn in their favour.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the State is present.

By reason of dismissal of the writ petition as

Patna High Court CWJC No.6512 of 2002 (4) dt.21-07-2015 against the private respondents nos.4 to 7 who were the applicants before the Collector, Buxar and in whose favour the order has been passed, the writ petition has become incompetent and is dismissed as such.
