The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners along with others is of killing the sister of the informant due to nonfulfillment of further dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. They have committed no offence. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42097 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. He submitted that the petitioners have no concern with mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband. The husband of the deceased is languishing in judicial custody. They are languishing in judicial custody since 28.02.2023. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023.
