2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323 and 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely only with an attempt to embellish the accusations made in the informant's other FIR bearing Mahila P.S. Case No.24 of 2013 instituted under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the informant appears and has been heard, who opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16203 of 2014 (4) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 to the petitioner by order dated 20.08.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
