JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that date of marriage is not mentioned in the FIR. The marriage was performed about seven years prior to the occurrence. The victim died to snake bite and the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect learned court below.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53843 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 weeks in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
