The petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the ground that a motorcycle, which had been used in committing the alleged crime, belonged to petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial Case No. 168 of 2015 to the satisfaction of
