The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.01.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58161 of 2015, whereby the petitioner, being the husband of the informant had been granted provisional anticipatory bail for one year in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The office note dated 18.02.2020 reflects that the present application, as against opposite party no.2, stood dismissed on 01.03.2017, for non-compliance of the order dated 15.02.2017.

In the circumstances, allowing the application to
