Petitioner was arrested in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 and some articles were recovered from his conscious possession but learned counsel, appearing for petitioner referring paragraph-31 of the case diary submits that the recovered articles are not looted property of the present case.It is further pointed out by him that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Akhilesh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
