2. Heard the parties.

3. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief.

1. (a) To stop the selection on the post of Librarian from the panel of 2008 advertisement.

(b) To advertise fresh vacancy of

Patna High Court CWJC No.47 of 2021(3) dt.29-06-2021 2/3 Librarian which is already vacant in different High School and Higher secondary school, middle school and other Government Library.

(c) To direct the respondent to declare sanctioned post and created sanction post in different high school, + 2 school and middle school as already declared by the state government.

2. To direct the respondent to grant other relief which the petitioner (all Bihar trained library association Patna) is legally entitled.

4. In view of the facts of the case, the Court is of the view that petitioner should approach the concerned respondents for redressal of the grievance instead of agitating the matter in the present proceeding.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the appropriate authority and on filing such representation, the respondents shall consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.47 of 2021(3) dt.29-06-2021 3/3 grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
