JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.09.2015 on the accusation that near about 400 litres foreign liquor were recovered from his house. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 271 of 2015.
