The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.
