This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with two others used to vex the daughter of the informant and other girls while returning from the school.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 15.08.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-1, Katihar in connection with G.R. No. 2283 of 2015 arising out of Dandkhora P. S. Case No. 51 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51660 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner and further the petitioner shall not involve in such type of activity in future and if any report is received regarding his involvement then the bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancelled.
