The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 and 115 of Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of one loaded pistol from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody 30.01.2015. It is submitted that except this case, the petitioner has been made accused in three other cases. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
