2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughters of the informant with the intention of sexually exploiting them and deceiving them under the pretext of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lakhisarai, /concerned Court below in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024.
