2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in Cr. WJC. No. 323 of 2025 wherein at paragraph no. 6 this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to deposit the entire fine amount as imposed by the Mining Department and get his truck released.

3. Inadvertently, the amount of fine imposed was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52038 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 incorrectly mentioned as Rs. 3,00,000/- which should have been Rs. 2,10,000/-.

4. The paragraph no. 6 of the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 323 of 2025 shall now be read as under:

"6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to deposit the entire amount of fine of Rs. 2,10,000/- as demanded by the Mining Department and get his truck released and if the petitioner is disputing the amount of fine, he will deposit the same under protest and contest the case with the mining department"

5. The aforesaid order dated 28.04.2025 shall accordingly stand modified to the above extent.

6. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
