2. The petitioner is assailing a communication dated 20.07.2020 in the present writ application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whereby Principal of a privately managed school has communicated to him a decision of the Managing Committee of the said school about

Patna High Court CWJC No.8904 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 confirmation of termination of his service. The petitioner was working as Karyalaya Pramukh in the said school.

3. Apparently, the school in question is managed by a Managing Committee and according to the petitioner the same is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education.

4. In my view, this writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking relief against a private body cannot be maintained and is accordingly dismissed.

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to question the correctness of the said decision before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
