The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the informant has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34220 of 2019 dated 02.08.2019 on condition that he is ready to pay Rs.4500/- per month to the opposite party no.2 for a period of one year. The petitioner is mother-in-law. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory
