Petitioners are not named and the name of petitioners came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, who were caught by the police when they had come to collect the amount of ransom and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against these petitioners. Moreover, it is an admitted position that victim has already been returned but even then petitioners were not put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released
