Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the driver of the informant committed theft of tractor of the informant registered in the name of the brother of the informant. Subsequently, the tractor was recovered parked in front of the shop of Pannalal. Trailor of the tractor was recovered at the instance of petitioner no.1 Kundan Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion accusation has been levelled. The investigation is still pending and statement has been made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6422 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 414 of 2010, pending in the court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas. With this observation this application is disposed of.
