JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground in lieu of death of his father on 06.06.2012. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had promptly filed an application for grant of appointment on compassionate ground in the proper format on 18.07.2016 and thereafter, the case of the petitioner has also been recommended by the Block Education Officer, Bhabhua at Kaimur vide letter dated 18.07.2016 but no final decision is

Patna High Court CWJC No.12089 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 being taken, hence the petitioner has been compelled to approach this Court.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the final decision in the matter shall be taken by the respondents expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3. i.e. the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua to take decision with regard to the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
