Petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier twice rejected vide order dated 12.11.2014 and 22.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41315 of 2014 and 15182 of 2015 respectively, on the ground that the trial has not been concluded as per the direction given in the order dated 22.04.2014 and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 21.07.2014. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52593 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 again his prayer for bail stands rejected in S.T. No. 02 of 2015 arising out of Ariari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura with direction to the learned trial court to dispose of the case within three months after keeping the same on day to day basis.
