The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 58855 of 2018.

The petitioner was granted bail by order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.63584 of 2017 in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. case No.323 of 2017 pending in the court of Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran. In pursuance of the said order, the petitioner was to surrender in the court below and furnish his bail bond within a period of six weeks. The petitioner filed a modification application vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34761 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 Cr.Misc.No.58855 of 2018 seeking permission for extension of period of surrender. Said application was allowed and further six weeks time was granted to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and furnish his bail bond. Thereafter the petitioner again filed Cr.Misc.No.72147 of 2018 and in the said appliation he further sought for extention of period of surrender. Said application was rejected by order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.72147 of 2018. In spite of that, the petitioner has preferred the present application, where he has again sought for extension of period of surrender.

I find no fresh ground for considering the modification application. The present modification application stands dismissed.
