Petitioner prays for following reliefs:

I) For issuance of a writ in the anture of certiorari to quash the order dated 1.9.2020 passed in Case NIO. 210 of 2018 by the learned the District Magistrate (Respondent NO. 3) District-Sheohar whereby and whereunder set aside order dated 17.09.2018 passed in Case no. 19/2018 by the learned District programme Officer, Sheohar and ordered to select the

ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent to not disturb to the petitioner form her post of Sevika of Ward No. 13 of village Nayagaon, Police Station - Piparahi, District- Sheohar till adjudication of this writ petition and further direct to continue on her pose as her appointment is genuine and her husband was given resignation form his pose of Panchyat Samiti Member of the area 5 Amba South-East(Kh) prior to her appointment on the post of Sevika under Ward No. 13 of Amba Dakshini (South) Panchayat.

iii) To grant any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the fact and under circumstances of the case as well as in law.

After some arguments, petitioner seeks disposal of the case with liberty to file representation before proper authority. This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with respect to his grievances contained in the writ petition, before The District Magistrate DistrictSheohar (Respondent No. 3). Let the petitioner file such representation before

In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no. 3 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of further six months.
