Mr. Sanjay Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation seeks permission to file a supplementary counter affidavit. The same is taken on record. By referring to the averments made in the supplementary counter affidavit, Mr. Verma submits that now the grievance of the petitioner has been fully redressed and the arrears of family pension for the period 01.10.2018 to 31.03.2020, amounting to Rs.2,02,680/- has stood paid to the petitioner vide letter no. 268 dated 12.11.2022. In support of the aforesaid submission payment receipt issued by the CFMS has also been brought on record.
