====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. There is only allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that the informant has sustained only one normal injury in his right thigh.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46614 of 2021(4) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
