The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55120 of 2021 for appearing the name of the petitioner-Radhika Devi (petitioner No. 6 in Misc. No. 55120 of 2021) who was granted bail vide order dated 24.05.2022 along with two others, but due to typing error, the name of the present petitioner did not appear in the order.

The order dated 24.05.2022 is modified to the extent that in page No. 2 of the order in last but one paragraph and also in the last paragraph, the petitioners number shall be read as "Petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 6" who were granted anticipatory bail in place of "petitioner nos. 1 and 2", subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41872 of 2022(2) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 Time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below for furnishing bail bond vide order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55120 of 2021 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this modification application is allowed.
