2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (c)/ 22 of N . D. P . S. Act.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that 2.25 Kg of Ganja was recovered from his house.

4. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no knowledge about the alleged recovery.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature .
