JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. Several injuries were found on the person of the deceased and in course of investigation, it came to light that relation of the deceased was not cordial with her husband. The husband of the deceased was arrested by the police and his statement was recorded at Para-30 of the case diary in which the husband of the deceased took responsibility of killing of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and taking note of this fact that other in-laws have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
