This is an appeal under Section 14(a)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter in short referred to as the 'SC/ST Act), against the refusal of prayer of anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.07.2021 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Bhojpur at Ara in SC/ST case no. 49/2021 in connection with Ara P.S. Case No.240/2021 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s)(w)/3(2)(v)(s)/3(I)(w)(2)/3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3330 of 2021(5) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Atrocities) Act.
By the order dated 07.09.2021, the appellant was granted provisional bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and case diary was called for.
I perused the case diary, it is admitted fact that the informant till date has lodged 33 cases against various persons including husband and father which has also come in the case diary.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the appellant on 07.09.2021 is hereby confirmed.
