Patna High Court CWJC No.11425 of 2018(7) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 claim, in light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in Amerika Devi & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihr & Ors. (CWJC NO.10063 of 2012) case reported in 2019

3. Learned counsel further informs that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of the writ petition and such liberty may be directed to be availed by the wife of the petitioner, who is entitled to claim her family pension.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands consigned with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority.
