On 6th of June, 2022, the petitioner was accorded
Patna High Court CWJC No.9675 of 2022(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 permission to set up an exhibition (Mela) in the school compound. The same stands withdrawn vide a subsequent order dated 22nd of June, 2022 (Annexure-7, page-19). In our considered view, no interference is warranted for the simple reason that the premises of the school cannot be allowed to be utilized for setting up of an exhibition totally unrelated to the children.
The petitioner desired the premises of the school for setting up of Mela and a Circus from 10th of June till 20th of July, 2022.
We find the withdrawal of the permission to be solely in accordance with law for the reasons, including law and order issue, stand stated therein.
Be that as it may, even otherwise the present petition has become infructuous.
As such, petition is dismissed.
