JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ/rule/direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment over public land/road situated at Gram Panchayat Tehwara Blcok, Katra, running the road in village-Tehwara North to South Khata No. 1519, Khesra No. 5623, recorded in the name of
Patna High Court CWJC No.304 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 Anabad Bihar Sarkar which was being used by the villagers as linking road to the main village from Tehwara road is a Bathwara to Gaighat for many long years ago besides the temple and cremation place that path encroached by the Respondent No. 10 and blocked the road through bamboo bracketing and making upon their pucca house where none can pass through the road, even pucca RSS road already built up by the respondents for long years ago taking it as Anabad Bihar Sarkar and also direct to free the same disturbance in the mass interest of the local people, who are facing much difficulties in performing their religious duties and daily routine work due to illegal encroachment by the Respondent No. 10."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Katra, DistrictMuzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
